The Microsoft Sidewinder Freestyle Pro has already USB support built in with the original adapter.
This USB -> Gameport adapter was in the package of the Gamepad.
But during time it is getting defect or lost.
I found out the pinout and created the adapter. You can make it yourself or order one.
